Car Body Design (Body Shell)

Volke develops car bodies in steel, aluminum, and hybrid designs.  The design geometries are generated virtually using state-of-the-art hard and software.  In flexible project teams, from the very beginning, all of the departments involved in the project are represented at the same table.  In addition to specialists for FEM-analyses, in close cooperation with the customer, designers, pre-developers, prototype builders, production planners, and production technicians work together to ensure the series viability of the vehicle.  In this way the customer receives all of the services – from development, through to calculation, right up to testing – completely from just one source.
