In the development of the front and rear ends of a vehicle, Volke offers a complete range of services:  package checks, the development of axle components such as the swivel bearing, connecting rod, coupler, stabilizers or wheel mount, and shock absorber mounting,

FEM-computations, kinematic calculations using ADAMS/Car, and service life calculations.   Volke also develops front and rear axle subframes, analyzes the mounting of hydraulic power units and steering gears with peripherals, and performs package checks for parking brakes, including tcable installation.  In addition, Volke designs oil reservoirs and heat shields, analyzes clearances in the vehicle front end and the production of the package layout in the service loop, as well as the cable placement, and the production of concept-,  customer specification-, approval-, and final layout drawings. Volke also designs moving components in complicated spaces.  Furthermore, we offer automated clearance tests in elasto-kinematic moving assemblies, and take care of drafts, the entire package, and the layout of axle components.
