Electrical System Development
Volke develops complete electrical systems. The abbreviation VOBES stands for VOlkswagen Bordnetz Entwicklungs-System (Volkswagen Wiring Development-System). This process describes the development of the vehicle electrical system from the constructive layout in CAD-E3D, with the help of the system wiring diagram, the creation of the wiring diagram in LCable (Logical Cable), as well as the design derivative in LDorado, and also the merger of design and electronics. In this way, Volke creates complete and DMU-capable wiring harnesses virtually, without having to adapt the design countless times. Through complete reproducibility of the data, all of the constructive changes within the area for example on the vehicle body, interior design, and motorization can be carried out quickly and flexibly, on-site if the customer wishes. In any case, it's possible to offer our customers a continuous development process, from the first idea right through to series production. In addition to the soft- and hardware solutions mentioned, Volke's main competitive edge lies in our involvement in the development of every aspect of a vehicle.
