Front and Rear Wiper/Washer System

Volke realizes the design, development, and construction of front and rear window wiper/washer systems, including an analysis of available installation space and the construction of mechanical connections on the body shell.  Wiper axes are set and wiping areas determined in accordance with specified regulations.  Volke also calculates the kinematic elements of the wiper drive, and constructs the parts model in 3D.  At the same time, a collision analysis with the body shell is carried out.  In addition, Volke produces a foil mock-up of the windshield with view and wiping fields for the type testing, and delivers concrete guidelines for the legally compliant windshield.

Thanks to our years of experience in doing basic designs of wiper systems, we can quickly determine whether a wiper will adequately clean the desired windshield area, a fact that designers particularly appreciate.  Volke develops wiper systems entirely in accordance with customer guidelines, independently of suppliers and their construction kits and patent interests.  In this way we can save considerably when it comes to space, weight, and costs.
