Perfect light and good visibility are central prerequisites for safety and comfort. To ensure these characteristics, Volke does the constructive development of the whole interior and exterior vehicle lighting, the headlights, as well as the washer water reservoir, including the spray nozzles and lines. In addition to light simulations, following the design closely, Volke carries out installation studies based on installation space dummies in CAD, as well as the constructive layout and positioning, and performs a visibility check in accordance with regulations. We also specify the layout for the mounting system on the body shell, the interior design, and the true-to-data production of 1:1 functional model.
