Measuring Technology / Prototypes

For the development of fault-free electronics, measuring technology is a decisive discipline.  In this area, Volke offers:

• the modification / adaptation of control devices
• software development for function trials and test benches
• display and information panels for prototypes 
• vehicle conversions and modifications of electronic components such as the wiring harness, control devices, sensors, or actuators, including putting them into operation
• the adaptation and installation of electronic systems of various vehicle manufacturers in

  prototypes, as well as putting them into operation

For all of these tasks, Volke maintains measurement systems with automated output capabilities in Excel or as PDF-data, and interface cards for the adaptation of test sets to the vehicle environment.  For the testing of electronic assemblies, sensors, and actuators, Volke not only builds special test facilities and test benches, but also CAN-networked and stand-alone measuring electronics, and performs extensive vehicle upgrades and modifications.
