Trials / Testing

In addition to creating test instructions and complete testing protocols, Volke performs checks on all electronic assemblies in accordance with the customer's testing norms.  This includes:

• testing the actuating force, actuating moment
• temperature resistance / environmental resistance / resistance against reagents / material analyses
• voltage drops, overvoltage, undervoltage, reset-performance after a voltage dip, voltage spikes, insulation resistance, and dielectric strength
• verification of vibration resistance
• endurance testing

All electronic components go through complex testing programs before they are released for series production.  In addition to performing required tests, the business group Volke also builds and operates extensive testing facilities and test benches for electronic components.
