Interactive Exhibits
Interactive exhibits are the technical epitome in communications design. The user controls, the exhibit reacts, and stimulates the dialog. Hardly any other form of information transfer leaves a longer lasting impression. Volke delivers the ideas and the technical development of play consoles, technological simulations, and stations for the communication of knowledge. Our goal is to make virtual reality more accessible. Touch and PointScreens are already a common sight. What counts today is the registering of active body responses to programmed stimuli. In a project-specific manner, Volke interaction-designers work closely with cooperation partners from research for example, the Fraunhofer Institute in developing individual interface applications that appeal to all of the senses. Volke creates these interactive exhibits entirely from its own resources, beginning with the storyboard and interactive story line, continuing with the implementation of the hard and software development, and culminating with the communication and multimedia design.
