Environmental Simulation

Heat, cold, sun, rain: A vehicle is exposed to an enormous number of environmental influences.Volke analyzes these influences, and then puts the results to use in vehicle development. We do this by carrying out vehicle storage under a variety of ambient temperatures, alternating climate tests, infrared exposure and functional endurance tests on components  and the entire vehicle under varying climatic demands. 
In our own climate chamber, we can simulate temperatures from -40°C bis 120°C and relative humidities of up to 95%.  In addition, we have diverse temperature cabinets with temperatures that vary up to 650°C.
