Together with your experienced supervisor, experts from your team, and project managers, you will first become familiar with your respective specialist area within your core area. You will be at the center of the action and, as a fully-fledged team member with cross-functional thinking and professional expertise, will soon enjoy an excellent reputation in your field. After a successful induction period, which may take several months depending on your qualifications, experience, and suitability, you will gradually be able to take on your own projects, initially smaller and then larger, both in-house and at clients' sites.
